Your Gym (Data Controller)
The gym or sports organization you are registered with acts as the independent data controller of your personal data. They determine how and why your membership data is processed.
ActivOS provides the technical platform and acts as a data processor under contractual agreement with each gym.

Our app is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Data Controller and Data Processor Roles
For the purposes of data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable):
- The Gym: Acts as the Data Controller and is responsible for determining the purposes and legal basis of processing member data.
- ActivOS (T3D2 Software Solutions): Acts as the Data Processor and processes personal data strictly on documented instructions from the gym.

Your data may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
